    Saranew Life Care Private Limited has a diplomatic approach towards the Customers and takes all precautions to offer the best service to the customer. However in case of unavoidable circumstances Company have a perfect system to solve the problems that customers may face.

  • Privacy:Company is very cautious about the personal details of the customer that had shared with company; it will be preserved & shall not share with anyone.
  • Company shall follow the guide lines of Consumer protection act 1986 and instruct our individual distributors to do so.
  • Company shall maintain a register to keep the track of Complaint received from customer over phone, Email, post & written complaint. Each Complaint shall be numbered and record the time taken to solve the complaint.
  • The Company shall redress the grievances within 45 days of receipt of Complaint.
  • Company has a customer care committee of 3 members. The committee shall take responsibility to find solution for the complaint given by Customer / general public against company’s E-Commerce & Retails, Employee or Officer.

  • Company shall give the consumer the information about name of the seller and purchaser, date, warranty, details of exchange or replacement in case of defect and the information of non consistent claims.
